FAQ's

Do I have to create an account to order from Medpick?

Yes. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we must ask that you create an account to place an order. You can do that before or during the checkout process, your items will stay in your cart.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking the sign in button on our menu on the left. You can create an account with us or sign in using your existing Google or Facebook account.

Why do I have to provide this information to make an account?

In order to provide you with service, you need to register your real name with us as well as a means for us to reach you instantly to let you know about your order.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order by searching for the items you need in our search bar, selecting the correct dosage and quantity and adding them to your cart or by uploading a prescription, after both options, you will be asked to select your preferred pickup pharmacy, select and send in the order. We’ll take it from there.

Please note you will need to show your original prescription when you pick up your medications and pay for them.

Why should I order through you?

Medpick operates everywhere in Bangalore. Unlike chain stores that offer in-store pickup, we are not limited by our pharmacy locations. Our service is quick and easy, offering same day pickup.

Do you deliver?

At the moment, we are in-store pickup service only.

Are you a licensed pharmacy?

Medpick is not a pharmacy. We generate leads for licensed pharmacies which operate under the care of a licensed pharmacist.

Can I buy a generic from you instead?

You can only order prescription drugs as they have been prescribed from your doctor. If you wish to switch to a generic, please ask your doctor to write a prescription for you, and we will be happy to place your order.

Do you offer online payments?

We’re working on it! At the moment, we are a cash on delivery only service.

Is there an order minimum?

No. We are here to help you with your order, whatever the total price.

What happens if my selected pharmacy doesn’t have what I ordered?

Our coordinators will attempt to find the nearest pharmacy with the full order and call to confirm the changes are okay.

How do I check my reward points?

Log into your account and select the “Rewards” tab on the right to see how many points you currently have and what you can get for redeeming them. The tab appears on your account page or when you browse the site.

When will my order be ready for pickup?

Order times can vary by pharmacy. On average, an order will be ready within two hours or less.

My in-store and online price are different, why?

The prices we provide are a guide for what you can reasonably expect sellers to offer. Individual pharmacies may be able to offer discounts at point of purchase.

MedCoins

How can I earn rewards points from Medpick?

You can earn MedCoins, our rewards points, when you purchase through the Medpick app or website. Currently, MedCoins are earned only for non-prescription items. You can also earn Coins for sharing or referring our website, or just for your birthday! Check rewards information in your account to see the latest offers.

 When will I receive my MedCoins?

Your rewards points will be automatically awarded to your account when you complete payment.

 How many MedCoins can I earn?

Any individual who orders through Medpick will receive 5% of the total purchase back in MedCoins, e.g. an order worth Rs. 100 will earn you 5 MedCoins. Any returns or adjustments to the purchase order will proportionately reduce the points from the original purchase.

 How do I use my promotional code on Medpick?

Promotional or discount codes can be entered during the checkout process. Please note that Coins are awarded based on the order amount paid, not the total order value before discount. 

What will happen to my MedCoins if I return my purchase?

For every return, MedCoins earned on the purchase will be deducted from the order.

 Do my MedCoins expire?

Rewards points expire 3 months after they have been earned.

 What is the value of the MedCoins?

Every 1000 MedCoins applied to your order will be redeemed Rs. 5 off the order. MedCoins can not be redeemed for cash or for gift cards but can be used as cash equivalent towards future purchases.

Returns & Refunds

Medpick’s priority is your satisfaction. We accept returns and refunds for all items purchased through Medpick as long as they are unused/unopened and in good condition.

What is the return window?

You have 30 days from date of purchase to return the item.

Where do I return the item(s)?

You can return the item(s) to the pharmacy from which you picked them up, and request a refund.

How will I be refunded?

You will be refunded by the same method in which you paid. At the moment we only support cash on pickup, so you will be refunded for that amount.

I used rewards points on my purchase, will I get those back?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund rewards points. You will be refunded only the amount that you paid, including applied points.
